Programme

The Faculty of Medicine and the Medical Center - University of Freiburg invite you to the second Research Day. The event offers the opportunity to receive up-to-date information by renowned scientists on "Novel Technologies in Medical Research - Basic Principles, Methods and Application". In addition, doctoral researchers and postdocs have the possibility to present their research projects in the poster session. The Research Day will be held on Saturday, 16  November 2019 in the lecture hall of the Department of Medicine (Großer Hörsaal, Innere Medizin). Target group

  • Researchers of all career stages of the Faculty of Medicine and the Medical Center - University of Freiburg
  • Interested scientists in medicine and life science outside the Faculty of Medicine and the Medical Center - University of Freiburg whose primary research involves novel technologies in medicine.

 

Poster prize

At the Research Day there will be a poster session on the topic "Application of Novel Technologies advances research, diagnosis and therapy". The poster session provides an interactive forum for authors to discuss their work. Information about the Call for Abstracts.

The best posters will be awarded with a prize:

  • 250€ for the best poster by a Doctoral Researcher
  • 250€ for the best poster by a Clinician/Medical Scientists (Postdoc or higher)
