Abstract submission (250 words) Authorship: The first author should be indicated by an asterisk (*). Authors can only submit one abstract as first-author. Please note that the poster prize will be awarded to the first author.

Application and decision-making process The data that is required to process the application will be electronically stored and processed by the Office of the Dean for Research and will be forwarded to the reviewers via cloud as part of the decision-making process. Confidentiality within the selection committee will be ensured.

In case of presenting a poster If an abstract is accepted for poster presentation, the poster title, the authors and their affiliations will be announced in an information leaflet which is handed out to the participants of the Research Day of the Faculty of Medicine.
