Scholarship "Fill-in-the-Gap"

In the course of a diploma thesis, doctoral thesis or even postdoctoral research, problems might arise regarding transitional financing. Frequent causes include the termination of third-party funding or time gaps between signing the contract and starting the new employment relationship. This leads to burdens on one's own economic situation as well as difficulties in the completion of scientific projects and publications. To close this gap, the Equal Opportunities Office of the Faculty of Medicine of Freiburg has set up the "Fill-in-the-Gap" programme to support female junior researchers on the path of their careers.

The scholarship is € 1,300 per month. The maximum duration is 6 months.
