Master class for Marie Skłodowska Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF)

The EU Offices of the Faculty of Medicine and of the University of Freiburg are launching a Master Class in co-operation with the National Contact Point MSCA for those applying for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships in 2024.

The Master class includes a brief introduction to the MSC Actions with focus on Postdoctoral Fellowships, a presentation how to prepare a successful proposal and a successful applicant from the last MSCA call will report on his experience. Furthermore, there will be a presentation from an evaluator’s point of view.

To take part in the Master class you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• You have completed or will complete a PhD (awarded ≤ 8 years before the call deadline: 11.09.2024)

• To apply for the Global Fellowship (GF): You will be able to pursue your research career outside Europe but are bound by a 1-year mandatory return phase to University of Freiburg, you must be a national or long-term resident (5 consecutive years) of an EU member state or Associated Country.

• To apply for the European Fellowship (EF): You must have moved from an EU member state or from a Third Country to Germany and have lived or worked here for not more than 12 months in the last three years immediately before the call deadline (11.09.2024)

An experienced researcher from the University of Freiburg has agreed to support your projects and to supervise you.
