Call for Proposals for the Funding Lines
The goal of the Faculty of Medicine is to promote strategically important research infrastructures, as these form an essential basis for defining our research priorities in the face of national and international competition. Moreover, research infrastructures provide important services to all research institutions of the Faculty of Medicine and support our scientists in their academic careers. Laying the groundwork for the development and operation of efficient and high-performance facilities is thus of utmost importance.
Funding lines
For this purpose, the Faculty of Medicine has established a new funding programme with 4 different funding lines:
- Acknowledgement as a Shared Facility of the Faculty of Medicine
- Acknowledgement as a Core Facility of the Faculty of Medicine
- Start-up funding innovation for acknowledged facilities of the Faculty of Medicine
- Contribution to basic funding for Core Facilities of the Faculty of Medicine

In addition to the call for proposals, please refer to the information sheet and the application form for further instructions, which you can request from the Administrative Division for Research Infrastructures, Office of the Dean of Research, Faculty of Medicine: e-mail.
Deadlines
The submission of the application documents (one PDF file) can only be made exclusively via e-mail to the Administrative Division for Research Infrastructures by no later than:
